All types of vouchers purchased online (“full ticket”, “reduced ticket”, “family ticket”) must be printed and presented at the dedicated ticket office in order to gain access to the Park. Printing is NOT available at the ticket office.
Vouchers are valid for the entire ongoing season and can be used on the opening dates and times of the Park.
If unused, stolen, lost and/or in the event of any other problem not caused by the Park, no reimbursement and/or duplicate will be offered.
The Park regulation also applies when purchasing tickets online.
Advantages of the Ticket
The online purchase of the “full”, “reduced” and “family” tickets gives you the right to a discount compared to the purchase of the same kind of ticket at the Park’s ticket desk.
You can use your ticket on any day in which the park is open
